Yes — every Filipino helper meets our Manila team face-to-face before any profile goes on the platform. We do document and ID verification, an in-person skills and English interview, and reference checks against past employer contacts. Photo and video are taken in our studio — no AI-edited stock images, no recycled headshots.
Yes — once you confirm a hire, your application opens on our live tracking portal. Each milestone (contract signed, OWWA paid, PDOS attended, OEC submitted, visa stamped, helper arrived) is logged with the date, the admin who uploaded it, and photo proof. Visible to both you and the helper at the same time.
You’re covered by our replacement protection policy. If the helper never reports for duty, you get a free replacement from our pool. If the helper reports to the agency but cancels before the OEC is submitted, we refund 50% (or you can pay 50% to find a replacement). Once the OEC is submitted, no refund — but if you sourced your own helper outside the platform, you still get a free 1-month subscription as a goodwill gesture.
Yes. Every package fee is published on our services page — no “contact for quote” runaround. Add-ons (HK medical, airport pickup, HK ID arrangement) are itemised with prices line-by-line. Replacement protection terms are stated upfront. Receipts and invoices are archived in your account so you have a paper trail.
