Common questions

FAQs from HR teams

What is the minimum corporate order size?

We take orders from a single specialist hire up to large batch deployments. There is no fixed minimum, but pricing scales with volume.

How long does a typical hire take?

Discovery to deployment is usually 8 to 14 weeks, depending on destination market and visa lead time. Healthcare and Saudi assignments tend to take longer because of attestation steps.

Who pays the recruitment fee?

Filipino law forbids charging the worker for placement. Corporate fees are billed to the employer per the demand letter and signed service agreement.

Can you provide replacements?

Yes. Our standard agreement includes a replacement clause for workers who do not pass probation, plus a contractual SLA for response time.

Which destination markets do you cover?

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States — plus selected European markets on a case-by-case basis.
